mount ellis academy

bozeman

With our beautiful setting in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, we are in the ideal location for experiential outdoor learning.  Where else can students float the Missouri River and study from the journals that Lewis & Clark kept while navigating the same waters?  Where else are students able to study trout in their natural habitat and discover the geological formations in limestone?  We take pride in this and so many other aspects of our school.

Our newly developed mission statement is to help students DISCOVER the reality of their Creator God, DEVELOP their God-given gifts, and SERVE in His Kingdom.  To that end, the staff of Mount Ellis is committed to exploring every opportunity to share Him with our students both in and out of the classroom.

As a Seventh-day Adventist school, Mount Ellis Academy has the strength of the world’s second largest parochial school system behind it.  The entire organization is absolutely committed to providing the very best in curriculum, instruction, and spiritual nurturing in the context of a Biblical world view.

We believe that the Creator’s design is for “whole person” development – mental, physical, and spiritual – and that no matter what your religion or philosophy of life, an Adventist school education can help your child make better moral decisions and grow up to become a trustworthy community leader.
